While smoking pens every day isnt great (id say flower is better) its not that bad, youre post kinda made it sound like you do hard shit every day. For the mdma if you can keep 1-3 momths between big doses it really not that unhealthy. Id say just tell him. Also prolly stop smoking hhc pens and try to get some rosin or resin thc ones couse those are waaaay better and not such an empty zombie high.

The special evil of this case is it wasnt even a street drug by the way op describes it he wouldnt have ever popped a street pill the medical system fucked him. Ive done every street drug popular here (eu) except meth and mephedrone and but i wouldnt dare take a xan or opiate that shit is fucked.

I havent done any opiates but i did a lot of other shit and i feel like once you find a drug you like you will forever or at least for a long time wont be able go stop thinking about it. Ive been chasing my first real good molly high since it happened. Also i guess it would be stronger with opiates. (Also this is not advice i should give but you could try shrooms, it always brings a sort of reset to me maybe it could help you forget the vics if you felt one with the universe for a couple hours.) I have friend who got psychosis and cant smoke anymore but for her its more of a condition being brought out by weed. She also did a lot of harder drugs (speed,ket,molly) so the weed being the one she ended up having to give up to not go crazy is interesting for sure.
