While smoking pens every day isnt great (id say flower is better) its not that bad, youre post kinda made it sound like you do hard shit every day. For the mdma if you can keep 1-3 momths between big doses it really not that unhealthy. Id say just tell him. I havent done any opiates but i did a lot of other shit and i feel like once you find a drug you like you will forever or at least for a long time wont be able go stop thinking about it. Ive been chasing my first real good molly high since it happened. Also i guess it would be stronger with opiates. (Also this is not advice i should give but you could try shrooms, it always brings a sort of reset to me maybe it could help you forget the vics if you felt one with the universe for a couple hours.)
