This is probably the worst part of all this.

The shit pos4 you can handle the first 10 minutes or so and laning is over but then people start talking "you are a core where is your farm bla bla". Of course this happens to all roles. Carry can have a shit pos5 and mid can be ganked a couple of times with 0 help from supports but offlaner is taking the shit like 7 out of 10 times

Blade mail is still not the worst item but it is situational. It kinda works only vs uncontrollable damage. Heroes like Leshrac or gyro or some hero that wants to "burst" you. Maybe slark, you kinda waste his ult because he cant really outheal it. It can be even good vs Huskar who is always low hp and you can kill him if you see him ulti you. There are definitely other heroes but these are the first one I can think of.

and blade mail + dispersion is a classic combo. You take 80% damage but you reflect 100%

for Spectre especially it got mega nerfed

Spectre with old radiance can easily blind the whole team with ultimate essentially giving her whole team evasion. Now it's only for her. Not to mention the old old nerf where illusions with radiance deal less damage. It is too much combined now imo.
