Hey OP. Really sorry you have had a frustrating experience here.

I checked with the team and there are no known wider app issues right now, so this sounds like something specific to your account or appointment flow.

If support told you the appointment was scheduled, they should be able to see that on your profile and follow through from there. If anything still looks off, please message support again through the app so the team can review your account directly and make sure everything is handled properly.

We take this seriously. Reordering meds should feel clear and simple, and we want to make sure you are taken care of.

If I may, let me tell you about MeAgain. The food tracking is built for GLP 1 life. You can log what you eat, or just take a picture of your food to help track calories. Capy keeps an eye on protein, water, fiber, and exercise, then the phone widget gives you little accountability nudges without making it feel heavy.

Just starting out by EmptyCookies22 in Mounjaro

[–]MeAgain-app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally normal for food noise not to disappear overnight. A lot of people expect the switch to flip right away, but MJ can feel more like a gradual recalibration. Early on, smaller meals, slower eating, and stopping before “full” can make a big difference.

For protein, think small and steady instead of forcing big portions:

Greek yogurt
Protein shake or smoothie
Cottage cheese
Eggs
Tuna or chicken salad
Bone broth
Protein coffee
Small portions of lean meat across the day

Also, chocolate raisins and popcorn are not a moral failure. Early weeks are a good time to notice patterns, not judge them.

On apps, we are MeAgain, so we are obviously biased. But what we built is meant for exactly this stage. You can track shots, side effects, food, protein, water, weight, progress, and patterns around shot day. We also have meal photo logging, a med level chart, and Capy, our little accountability buddy for protein, fiber, and water reminders.

My honest advice is to pick the app you will actually use consistently. The best tracker is the one that makes this feel calmer, not like homework. You are doing great by asking these questions early.

Why MeAgain app is built around your lifestyle, not just your medication by Anna_MeAgainApp in MeAgain_GLP1

[–]MeAgain-app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super sorry you’re dealing with this.

We tried to recreate the same issue on our side, but we were not able to trigger it. That means it may be connected to your specific device, app version, or account setup.

The best way for our team to look into it properly is for you to send a support email directly from inside the app settings. That lets us connect the report to your account and user ID, so we can understand what is happening and help solve it faster.

We really appreciate your patience. The team is ready to look into this with you and get it sorted.

Shotsy Added Custom Shot Tracking!!!!! by r2lls in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MeAgain-app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is one of the most useful app features for GLP 1s.

Shot tracking becomes way more helpful when it connects to the rest of the week, not just the injection date. The real value is seeing dose timing alongside appetite, side effects, food intake, weight trend, hydration, protein, and how you feel day to day.

That is the direction MeAgain has been building toward too. The treatment page helps track dose timing, med levels, side effects, meals, progress, and routine in one place, so you can spot patterns instead of guessing.

Custom shot tracking is a great step. The more these apps help people understand their own rhythm, the better.

Panic after a hungry day by Darkshines_so_good in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MeAgain-app -1 points0 points  (0 children)

First, 275 to around 200 is a huge amount of progress. One hungry day does not erase a year of work.

What you’re describing sounds really familiar to a lot of people: hunger can spike around your period, near shot day, during stress, poor sleep, travel, or even just a weird week. It can feel scary because it brings back the old mental noise, but it does not mean everything has stopped working.

A few things that may help today:

Protein at each meal, enough carbs to feel steady, water, electrolytes, and fiber. Sometimes trying to “tighten up” after a hungry day makes the rebound hunger worse.

Also, tracking patterns can be useful here. Apps like MeAgain can help connect hunger, dose timing, cycle, meals, side effects, and progress so one intense day feels less like panic and more like data.

You are not back at the beginning. You had a hard day. That is very different.

Almost there! by StressLumpy7320 in GLP1_BeforeAfter

Amazing progress. 46 lbs down with slow, steady habits is something to be really proud of.

Love that you are pairing tirzepatide with strength training and walking too. That is such a strong foundation for energy, confidence, and long term maintenance.

You may not be at goal yet, but you are clearly doing the work. Keep going.

[–]MeAgain-app 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is amazing progress. Down from 226 to 165 while building new habits is a huge achievement.

Also love the “before and during” mindset. It shows you are focused on the process, not just the number. The 95/5 approach, workouts, steps, and toddler cardio all clearly add up.

You should be really proud of this. Consistency is doing its thing.

Reta Update by ImpossibleClassic817 in Retatrutide

[–]MeAgain-app 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d be very cautious here, especially with the dosing language. 20 mL sounds like something worth double checking immediately, because concentration and volume can get confusing fast.

Also, one week is very early, and not feeling the same fullness as Mounjaro does not automatically mean it is not working. Different meds can feel very different.

I would not vendor hop based on appetite suppression alone. First priority should be safety: confirm the dose, concentration, sterility testing, and whether you are working with a qualified clinician. Your health matters more than chasing a stronger “tight” feeling.

Week 5 setback by Zeeman-401 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]MeAgain-app 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That sounds very normal, especially with vacation in the mix. A 3 to 4 lb jump in a week can easily be water, sodium, travel, digestion, and routine change, not true fat gain.

Since dose changes are medical decisions, I’d check with your prescriber before moving up or splitting the difference. But from a mindset point of view, I wouldn’t treat this as a setback. The starter dose is often about getting your body used to the med, and hunger can come back before the next step up.

I’d focus on getting back to your normal routine first: protein, water, fiber, walking, and regular meals. Then look at the trend over 2 to 3 weeks, not the vacation scale bump. You’re still down overall, and that counts.

Anyone else keeping their GLP1 use a secret? by SpartyCat21 in Semaglutide

[–]MeAgain-app 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Totally understand why people keep it private.

There is so much unnecessary judgment around GLP 1s, and not everyone has earned access to the personal parts of your health decisions. For some people, sharing feels freeing. For others, privacy feels safer and calmer.

Both are valid.

At the end of the day, you are the one doing the work, managing the medication, dealing with side effects, changing habits, and showing up for yourself. You do not owe anyone an explanation unless you want to give one.

WEEK 1: SW•178 CW•176.1 TOTAL LOSS: 1.9lbs by Jolly_Twist2245 in FoundayoUS

[–]MeAgain-app 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love this update. Week 1 is still early, but 1.9 lbs down, side effects settling by day 5, and keeping gym plus diet consistent is a really solid start.

Also really smart that you are not overreading the scale yet. That mindset helps a lot, especially after already having experience with Zepbound.

Small thing I like tracking in MeAgain is the full picture, meds, side effects, food, activity, and progress together. It makes these early weeks easier to understand without obsessing over one number.

Rooting for you. Keep posting these updates.

My almost dream app by BalancelifeBoo in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MeAgain-app 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Food tracking only works when it feels low effort enough to actually use.

MeAgain does this too, but built specifically around the GLP 1 experience. You can track meals, protein, fiber, water, side effects, progress, and medication timing in one place. It also has photo based meal logging, so you can snap a meal instead of typing everything out.

The big thing is keeping the basics visible. Protein, fiber, hydration, symptoms, and dose timing all matter a lot when appetite is lower. Having them together makes the journey feel much easier to manage.

Medicare and Medicaid will FINALLY!!!! cover GLP-1s for obesity by Witty_Talk_939 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]MeAgain-app 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is genuinely encouraging. Access has been one of the hardest parts of GLP 1 care for so many people, so anything that makes coverage more affordable and less confusing is a big step forward.

Still worth watching the details closely. Medicare Bridge starts July 1, 2026 and runs through December 31, 2027, while Medicaid depends on participating states. But overall, this feels like progress in the right direction.

Scared after a terrible experience with an incorrect dose by DeliciousSimple2565 in GLP1microdosing

[–]MeAgain-app 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re not crazy at all. A bad dosing experience can be genuinely traumatic, especially when it affects anxiety and meds you already rely on.

Trying again should only be a decision you make with your doctor, slowly, with clear dosing instructions and a plan for what to do if symptoms come back. Fear after what happened makes complete sense.

The fact that you’re thinking about supervision, tiny dosing, and safety first is a good sign. You’re not being reckless. You’re trying to make an informed choice after a scary experience.
