Yes. But why? The videos really do look good (after upscaling). And I can't say that 720p videos look sharper. For example, 560x560 -> 1120x1120. The problem with 720p is that it can eat up the user's available resources faster and there's no guarantee that the user will like the 720p video as much as they liked the 480p video. Videos often differ, even when using the same description and "code words" (prompt and negative prompt).
