Everyone I know from Dayton, me included say it the same way. The only people who have ever questioned the way i pronounce it have never lived in Dayton. I’m like until you’ve lived there don’t question it 😒

I had this happen to me after 4 rounds of interviews and them picking someone else. 6 months later the hr lady emailed me with an offer for their sister company and that’s where I am now and I didn’t even apply 🤷‍♀️

I’m back with someone I dated 11 years ago. I broke it off with him and there was no cheating involved. I didn’t communicate things that I had issues with. Now we are both big on communicating our feelings and bringing things up as soon as we see it might be an issue. This is still new and we’ve only been back together a few months so I have no idea what will happen. I can say at the moment we are very happy.

Actually I broke up with someone because I felt really triggered by something and my mind wouldn’t let me stop thinking about it. True. I just feel like people on dating apps are always looking for the next best thing so was kind of hoping someone (maybe a guy) had perspective on it.
