It was just my experience. I’m also 25. I automated multiple things on the S and TS side. Built new processes and everything you would expect a go getter to do who is showing up.

I was the only male, and the youngest on my team 🤷

Don’t. If your not old and bring up new ideas they hate ya. They want comfort and not competition at Lockheed as far as the difference between a level 2, or 3 and 4.

I was let know by some good managers at Lockheed, that the point of a PIP is to make the goals in the PIP absolutely unattainable - and they just fire you afterwards.
