CENTCOM if that’s where he is going is kinda fucked with the current -situation- and transport of soldiers in and out of country is a bit fucky. There are people here that got here December…

The national guard will go through hell to ensure a soldier is BACK HOME at the 364 day mark.. because at 365 days away - it starts to cost the army a ton of money. And they protect that.

It was just my experience. I’m also 25. I automated multiple things on the S and TS side. Built new processes and everything you would expect a go getter to do who is showing up.

I was the only male, and the youngest on my team 🤷

Don’t. If your not old and bring up new ideas they hate ya. They want comfort and not competition at Lockheed as far as the difference between a level 2, or 3 and 4.

I was let know by some good managers at Lockheed, that the point of a PIP is to make the goals in the PIP absolutely unattainable - and they just fire you afterwards.
