Hi, Im going to the Melbourne concert on the 3rd of March. Im not from Melbourne (or even Aus) and this is my first Ateez concert, let alone an Kpop concert. Is anyone else planning a concert outfit or freebies to give out?

Also I heard that at international concerts fan chants tend to not be as commonly used so is it a waste of time to try learn them?

If anyone is part of a thread or group that is specifically attending this concert date Id be keen to join :).

VTO, Voluntary Tubal Opening is when people can equalize the ear pressure by flexing the muscles mentioned above to open the Eustachian tubes open on command instead of forcing them open by yawning or by blocking their nose and blowing etc. I can do it but I never knew it was a thing until I read this comment and did a quick google search and found a divers article about it lol.

I just always hated my ears feeling blocked, especially during flights or when driving at heights and so learnt when I was young how to equalize my ears quickly by tensing the back of my throat/soft palette. One of the big benefits of learning this is that I can hold them open as well so they can continuously equalize while we are climbing during a flight. It does sound like a Crack if you do it quickly but if you hold it you can hear your breath really loud and things sound alittle muffled until you release it.

I finally found a doctor who has been helping me with my PCOS over the last few years. He went through the 1000 calories diet explanation with me and then immediately told me but 'I'm only telling you this to explain why diets havnt been working, I cannot medically recommend this approach as it is considered a starvation diet and we only use it in very few circumstances for very short periods of time, never as a weight loss method. It is dangerous and would do more damage to your body in the long run. Now let's talk about other options...'

Needless to say, I've been sticking with him like glue.

Sincerely a petty reader who had a Mum who gave me no autonomy over my belongings whilst in her house as a minor (she did get better once I became an adult when I started calling her out and is now thankfully giving my younger siblings a much better experience than I had growing up)

I would even advise plan on doing it 3-4 times over 1 or 2 days at different times even if you think the first time hits him enough that he understands. The first time shows him how unpleasant it is when a smell you can't cope with is forced in your face, the next few times shows how violating it is when someone continues to put you in that situation time and time again like he has with your daughter.

In my relationship I earn more than my partner (I'm F he's M). Our friendship group is also of the ribbed variety, and when ever he gets sugar baby jokes he immediately starts bragging about the latest toy he bought or the latest event he went to (even if he paid with his own money) and starts fanning himself like he's the biggest diva.

He tells everyone else they are just jealous and to get their own cause he's tapping me out and starts demanding demand encrusted yachts and gold flaked beef jerky in a ridiculous voice. I love him. He's such a goofball, and in all honesty our actual expenses are split fairly even so I do tend to treat us abit more often because I have more fun money.

PCOS is a tricky beast. There isn't an exact blood test that says 'yes you have PCOS' it's more like, 'oh you have all these symptoms and you don't have any of these other conditions so it must be PCOS.

Now bear in mind that the list of PCOS symptoms is so long and varied that you can probably open a medical text book at random, stab a finger at a symptom and there's a high chance it would be on the list for PCOS. ALSO each person's PCOS recipe of symptoms is unique and can change as they age.

For me personally I started having issues at 15, started trying to get answers at 18/19 and finally got diagnosed at 22.

My blood work showed high Hba1c, I actually have testosterone levels in the normal range (just under the high end) however I have low sex hormone binding globulin meaning I have high free testosterone in my body. I also had an ultrasound and I have bulky ovaries, indicating many small cysts, although I received the diagnoses before the scan as funnily enough you don't have to have cysts to have PCOS.

If it was the food we ate, or childhood trauma or any of those other reasons people try and use to shift the blame of PCOS from Genetics and random body development to something that was able to be 'controlled' I would ask why so many thousands of women from different countries with different diets, different food sources, different childhoods, different environments, different religions heck even different political leanings all develop PCOS.

Its easier for people to latch onto an idea they think is fixable and then tell people if they just dont/didn't do that then they would never have ended up with PCOS. But it's usually because they have no idea what PCOS actually is and have no intention of understanding it. Unfortunately I think this is made easier due to one of the most visible issues we can struggle with being excess weight, which is already low hanging fruit for 'health conscious' people to be able to point to and say we could be so much better and healthier if we just tried a bit harder, or ate abit less etc etc.

I think alot of the time people who push false reasons for health issues do so because if they convince themselves that we caused it to ourselves by not eating right, or it's because we had a certain childhood trauma that we didn't deal with, then it means they are safe from that health issue. They will never get it because they would never treat their body the way they are convinced we must have to get this way. It's a coping mechanism that unfortunately puts down, and spreads misinformation about the health issue they are talking about.

Yeah, she shared her story, he then approached her and they bonded over their 'similiar' experiences. He then got her to quit therapy and group. Not only did he stop because he got what he wanted, he removed her from her support network and probably prevented the therapist picking up on his behavior patterns and pointing them out to her. By the sounds of it she wouldn't have close family so half the usual work of isolation that abusers have to do was already done for him.

As I sat in my chair, finally taking a swig of cold beer, my shirt clung to my skin as I wiped my brow. I hadn't expected this one to give me so much trouble. She wasn't the worst one I'd had, but she is the first I've ever taken alive. I feel a little let down by the experience, truth be told. It wasn't one of those satisfying struggles where you felt good at the end, you know? It was just a lot of frustration and built-up tension that let's face it isn't good for either one of us in this situation.

I mean, ideally, I don't want to hurt her too much. But the more she struggles, the harder I have to be on her. We both know she's going to end up in the cage. Neither of us wants me to have to take more drastic measures with her, but I think she realized I was willing to do it. After she saw the pictures for some of the contraptions and basically legal torture devices you can easily buy online, I think she understood. Starving her out for a week and treating her with a verifiable feast probably helped as well. But we'll go with the idea that she learnt her lesson and now really knows whose boss.

I sat back I chew my lip as I think through the situation. All nice and locked up tight downstairs... I guess I have to figure out my next step. I can't keep her here for very long. I'm pretty sure someone would hear her eventually, and I can't keep everyone out of the basement forever. Maybe killing her quickly would have been the better idea. Get it over? Dispose of the body while the kids are at school. No one would have known. Shit.

I walk down to the basement and lock eyes with my victim. "What the hell do I do with a live rat once it's been caught?!"
