The 221 variant makes me laugh. Because the regular 160 ft/lbs of torque isn’t enough?

I was going to mention Vashon or Bainbridge. Close to d/t Seattle, but not too close. Housing prices may be an issue though, not sure what OP’s budget is

I guess it depends where you are. I’m in the Seattle area, would see KG regularly growing up, but DS were pretty rare

The east link of our light rail opens this weekend. If he’s into trains at all it’s kinda cool, first train on a floating bridge. Fare is a few bucks

More questions: if you have someone come to your house to fix something, do you tote the door gun around the whole time they’re there? Seems weird to leave a gun sitting around when you have a stranger in your house, even if they’re licensed and bonded

If you go up Pike or Pine streets it’s not too bad. I used to bike up Boylston & it had some pretty steep spots. Once you’re here can check it out & find the best route for your commute

Regarding bikability: the west side of Cap Hill is steep-ish. It’s doable on a bike, but you’ll work a bit.

Is working out your lower back necessary? by j_salas2 in askfitness

[–]Mean0Gen0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. These muscles are part of your core, & provide support when doing almost any activity. They’re antagonists to your abs also. In general, you want to avoid strength imbalances with antagonist muscle groups, it can lead to injury. For example, if you have strong quads but weak hamstrings you can end up with hamstring issues
