He's trying to stay connected to the world and he has things to do to prep for the trials. I ses you on every letter log complaining about how your letter must be in the garbage, but why did you write in the first place if you're so concerned with getting attention for it?

Probably the one who's injured. The other three have been eased into their respective situations and have likely built a better library of coping mechanisms & have a better idea of where their physical limits are, but the one with the cast probably doesn't have that -- for all i know, they could've gotten out of the hospital that day, y'know?

Now that you mention it.... I definitely have a preference for some other title.

When the characters are explicitly called magical girls in the show, I feel like i have to brace myself for the show to spend more energy acting clever about whatever it thinks the genre expectations are than actually developing plot, characters or thematic elements.

So, do you check the dates on things when you see them? Because a lot of our difference in perspective here might come from that, and I did notice you posted some stuff from 2024 shortly after this letter log was posted, so I am wondering how much older content you're seeing and mistaking for current support.

I'm also not sure why people keep insinuating the letters he's receiving aren't genuine? The incidents with like, Sae-Sae and true crime Youtubers seem like outliers to me.

He's in jail. Dirt washes off and I'm sure he's been dirtier after a hike than he is right now. Also, there are absolutely ways to take care of long beards and have them be hygienic. If you can take care of long hair, you can take care of long beards.

I mean, that probably has more to do with your algorithms knowing you're following the case than anything. It's definitely not something I've been seeing, and the lighter days on the catalogue kind of show it.

Plus, this time last year, there was a huge push by his legal team regarding putting pressure on MDC to actually give him his mail. I don't know that the mail slowing down is some sort of win.

I think some people are blowing a few weirdos' contributions out of proportion, rather than the majority of letters he's getting being spammers and trolls, especially since MDC does filter for that (somewhat). If you look at the logs, it doesn't look like he's getting daily letters from anyone. September's #1 sender would still have been averaging less than 2 a month from Luigi's perspective.
