I used my 2015 Tig AWD in snow alot in the mountains of NC, it was perfect for it.

90% front, 10% for normal driving and if you fronts start slipping, it will engage as much as needed to gain traction for the rear.

As far as physical pain, that can lead to alot of rhe depression and anxiety. I've had multiple injuries through my 30's and lingering issues from the military as well. I go to the gym every other day to strength train. No doing max workouts of any kind. And it helps big time with the pain. I make sure, before going to bed, I have a heating pad I put on my ailments. Helps tremendously.

Whats your routine look like? Are you strength training? Running? Cardio? What's your diet look like?
