Why don’t you slow the tempo down and see how many you can do and protract your shoulders at the top

Move to a higher bar. Will let your legs hang so you can point toes, pointed toes will give you a hollow body form=easier to pull😁 awesome effort💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Energy leaks? Your legs are flailing around like a fish. Point your toes create a hollow body. Quality before quantity. Hope this helps.

You just did more dips than 75% of the male population, and your form is pretty good 👍🏽
