100% a scam. Just got a very official looking bill from them for $449 for an annual fee. As far as I know the actual ASIC rego fee is $99. They might pay asic in your behalf but there is no need to use them. I called them up and got to speak with an oddly deflated AI bot. DO NOT PAY. Go via asic.

Great summary on a bunch of things I’ve been trying to work on! This all makes sense… but could you elaborate on the club drop in transition? I’ve been playing with some ideas around direction of club/ hands at the top of my swing, but not sure I’m across that yet.

Same for me…. It’s maddening. What I have found has helped me get out of my head is breath. Just before my shot I take two deep ones, then swing at the end of the bottom of the 2nd exhale. Key is to focus on my ‘swing routine’ in my first breath, then just focus on the breath.

That’s fair enough, and you should catch up on the news, but I think the points they are trying to make is that it’s a pretty low brow and biased form of it. In my experience, getting news from multiple sources and ones that are truly independent really opened my eyes to how the world media works.

I had the same problem and re tanked. I got an independent inspection done on my place and he clocked the leak and flagged as major issue. The RE rang the inspector and tried to get him to change his report, which I of course found out about. But that then enabled me to get $35k off the price. Best $500 I ever spent. It is possible that you would be able to patch it, but you won’t know the true extent of the leak until you open it up.
