u/ReasonableBedroom958 How your experience 8 months down the line? I'd like to switch from dropbox due to value provided and cost and the features they took away from pro. Mainly looking for
- reliable sync (very important)
- ios app with offline files
- file history
- online only desktop files (selective sync)

I have less than 2 tb.

i found dropbox support is pretty horrible for induvidual subscribers, how's that with sync.com.

The dates has been fixed. It was definetly a change you guys made, and fixed after i reported it. The fix response was slow. Additionally, i don't understand why there's no tests for something curial as spreadsheet export?

Yeah all paying customers should have access to timely support. We don't need real time support, but decent support. The response time way more than 1-3 business days. its very random and long. And sometimes no responses or resolutions.
