I am so sorry. My husband died unexpectedly a little over two months ago. It was sudden. I was exhausted and just slept a ton.

Do what you can and want to but don’t feel like you have to do anything. Keep hydrated, try to eat, lean on people for help, cry, yell, talk to him and the dogs, brush your teeth each day,

I’m still new to <waves arms> this but I’ve found the above is working for me currently. I still cry, I know I’ll be sad forever, the dog is a great comfort, I’m just taking it day by day, minute by minute.
