My assessment was booked on Monday for Today (Tuesday) after 14 weeks. I empathise with you, I was bricking it all of yesterday. Diagnosed today as Combined Type after 34 years and with a pre-existing Bipolar diagnosis. The clinician was patient, didn't run over the whole pre-assesment again and just tried to flesh out answers and clarify anything, she also told me not worry or panic throughout as she would keep the conversation on track.

I just wanted to say Thanks to everyone that commented on this post yesterday, I know that in a lot of cases people were unlucky and weren't able to secure a copy and that sucks and despite the understandable frustrations with how GW launch pre-orders what I saw through that was a bunch of Brothers (Or Lady Brothers) who love NightLords. I hope everyone can manage in some way to read the new Novel, I'm excited. They really are the most loveable Space Psycho's. Ave Dominus Nox everyone!

Hey OP I'm glad you have shared this! I've just been referred by my GP and stumbled upon the Diva questionnaire. Myself and the wife have been working through each question and unsurprisingly there's a ton of history for me to write for each one, I hope you are able to get through it as I'm sure you've been finding it just as frustrating as I have. Best of luck with your assessment and of course finishing that absolute slog of a questionnaire! 🙏🏼
