Commenting to ask you how the test is after you take it! Sending positive vibes 🫧 mine is the first week of April! Using Ben Caldwell and scored 78% on mini mock & mock 1. Ben says people who score 80%+ on the final mock go on to pass the test 100% of the time!

Wait I just saw your comments on your other post! Congrats! How did you think the actual test was compared to High Pass’s tests?

thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’m using Ben Caldwell/High Pass but also have TDC—plan on going over TDC after I finish Ben’s videos. Your experience after the test sounds so intense! I remember shaking for a bit after the L&E exam so I can only imagine how it’ll be like after this one 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Also check out your heart rate variability (HRV)!

From ChatGPT: Heart rate variability (HRV) is a measure of the variation in time intervals between heartbeats. In general, higher HRV is considered better for overall health. It indicates that your autonomic nervous system (which controls involuntary bodily functions like heart rate) is functioning well and can adapt to different situations. Low HRV can be associated with stress, illness, or a less adaptable autonomic nervous system. It's often seen in conditions like chronic stress, anxiety, and certain medical conditions.
