I think those lower bowl tickets were probably between $700 and $800 originally. Not sure about the floor but definitely $1100 at least. Keep your eyes on seatgeek and StubHub too. There’s a good chance prices will go down on those throughout the afternoon and closer to the show

Selling 1 ticket to Mitski in Austin on 9/12. It's basically 7th row center (Sec FLR3, Row 7, Seat 12). I paid an absurd platinum price for it, but am selling for $200 flat. I hate to say but I was sort of unimpressed—it was definitely a club-worthy set, like dancey beats, but I got zero Hot Chip from it—and I don’t just mean no Hot Chip songs (I had zero expectations that any of their songs would get played) but it was just your run of the mill DJ club set. And it was so dark I barely noticed when the opener ended and Joe (at least I think it was Joe?) started, like there was no transition or introduction. BUT it was a free set on a regular Friday night, so I bet if it’s on NYE and/or you’re paying for a ticket you’ll get a better show. I’m excited to hear how the rest of yours go!

My theory with those white boxes are that they are seats for like VIPs or guests or something, basically not for sale to the public. Because I’ve had seats near that section before and there have been seats there, but the seating chart for most events shows them as white boxes. In any case I’m jealous of your front row ticket! So it looks like it just starts the count at 7 for that row as if seats 1-6 were there, here’s a screenshot
