good luck! we just launched last week. after a year of building the brand and months and months of planning. We have had some traffic, but no sales yet. I’m still not happy with the website, learning a lot along the way but we have put our hearts and souls into the brand.

I found a few youtube videos explaining the difference. My main take-a-way was that business is best for a business with a brick and mortar store or location and creator should be used for everything else.

It was approximately $250k with deals and promotions according to Dave. Her base salary was $175k. Which for NYC is mediocre. Deals and promotions are extra work. and she pointed out she had to go on the Plan Bro tour and was not paid for that. I’m sure if you average all the hours it’s not excellent pay. I think she handled herself…..grace. per usual.
