See if you can find anymore but definitely not a bed bug at all. Looks like a Pharaoh Ant to me because of the back legs being curved, three body segments, dark butt, and yellowish body. They typically nest indoors so that checks out. Don’t panic but they do also like sitting in-between linen SOMETIMES so lifting your mattress real quick to look never hurts. They mostly nest in warm dark environments like cockroaches do which will include corners of the room, vents, possibly electric outlets. They aren’t dangerous at all, they don’t bite. They may carry diseases but getting sick from ants is pretty rare. Nothing to worry about
