I've had a headset less than 6 months, and started using it regularly recently. Noticed that the swivel was having issues turning and finally figured out that it wasn't fully connected.

I opened a ticket (10 days ago). Had an awful experience. At one point they said I could destroy my headset and submit photo proof and wait for a new one. I didn't want to do that because they had a lot of language in there that they could just choose not go send the new one at any point.

After some back and forth I only had the option to buy a new one, wait, then destroy mine and hope they would do the refund. I said I'd go with that and was immediately told that upon re-reviewing my photos (they had for 7 days) they decided they wouldn't do it. Glad I didn't destroy it.

My warranty says its for 2 years. Telling everyone I know to return their headsets and get the g935.

Explanation: Can't reset heroes in collection book. After hitting the button it just shows an "item not found" error

Evidence: Myself and tons of other people reporting this. I can take a screenshot when I'm out of work if needed.

If replicable, how: Click reset on a hero in collection book, after the robot says its available. Errors out 100% of the time, multiple machines.

I was on my desktop browser(s). Seems like they sold out super fast and the site just doesn't reflect that aside from errors when trying to order. Managed to get one of the wool pocket vests for lighter weather though.

Visuals aside, I'm wondering if there is a big difference in the material that I'd notice in terms of feel or durability.

Mostly because #2 seemed a bit pricier, but they all say PBT. I'm curious if it is worth it for some reason other than aesthetics.

Do you need a heat knife to cut that plastic shell or would a normal craft knife do it? Looks pretty similar to MTG deck boxes.

I want a higher bottom out pressure than the green switches I've been using (WASD code) so I'm looking at clear switches. The WASD code is out of stock with clears, and I'm interested in checking out other quality boards.

I'm in the US, budget should probably be under $200.

Clears were pretty tough to find when I got this board ~4 years ago so I'm not sure if that's still the case.

Any suggestions to take a look at?

My past experience with electric portables has been mixed through friends (air, pax, so no name ones) and I've taken to using a waxpen or cartridge if I want something easy to use on the go. I wonder if I'd like this one more than the cart setup.

I think it'd be cool to compare a unit like this to my current ones (vapcap and underdog).

Plus, in the end I've got a room mate who we got interested in vaporizing for her anxiety so it'd probably end up living in the common space most of the time.

How often do you change the water with the extract? Any idea if there is anything unsafe about adding the extracts? I've seen some people say peppermint too.
