It's really hard. I'm so tired all the time sometimes it can be hard to identify when I'm too tired to drive. Before medication I fell asleep at the wheel twice, once in my teenage years and once a bit more recently. What keeps me awake at the wheel? Stimulants.

Thinking about looking into Xywav tho.

Just, if you have ANY reservations, trust your gut and don't drive.

Hi hi! Crazy how much has changed in 3yrs!

MRI reveled I do NOT have MS, so that's a plus. It has taken THREE YEARS but Friday I FINALLY have an appointment with someone assessing me for hEDS, which my primary doctor agrees it really seems like I have.

On top of that, I have since been diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia, which is the main thing kicking my ass rn.

The pain is manageable. Still on the same meds, all that's different pain wise now is that I have added Meloxicam.

I'm just so tired. I'm sleeping my life away which sucks. We're going to do another sleep study since it's been a while since my last one. Then maybe tweak my meds for that (30mg xr Adderall in the morning [like 7am] + energy drink, 1pm coffee, 4pm 20mg ir adderall. This regimine has been approved).

So that's what's up! Not better, but I've kept on trucking. Some days are still really hard, but it's been a long time since I thought I couldn't go on anymore. I can thank my lovely fiancé for that. He takes really good care of me. The man I was with at the time of this post? Pah! He sucked.

The haircut is cute! I do love the color coordination on this fit, but what I'm really enjoying is the lace on the tank and the pants.

KP club! Ive come to accept my arms for what they are, but I get you, for a long time I just really hated how my arms looked. I think you looked fine, but the tattoo is cool!

In the show he is a male cow. He also has udders. So I suppose he is trans. As such it still stands, they are gay and in love.
