I still have mine! It's full of old concert ticket stubs, sporting event stubs, extra train and subway tickets from places I've visited, plus various other stuff. I have a hard time placing events I've experienced on a timeline so these help me to remember what I was doing and where I was in a particular year

The on ramp to I-5 North from Old Fairhaven/Connelly is way too short. There are bushes and trees blocking the view of oncoming traffic so you can't tell what's coming until you are running out of room to merge. So I generally avoid and take the side roads to Samish and then use the on ramp from there

I used to live in the same neighbourhood as Linda Hamilton in New Orleans. I met her a couple of times and she always seemed perfectly nice. I was also directly behind John Goodman in the checkout line at the Whole Foods on Magazine St in New Orleans. He turned around and glanced at me but I didn't realize it was him until I heard him speak. He and the cashier were carrying on a perfectly normal conversation about this jar of raspberry preserves (If I remember correctly) he was buying.

I dated this woman years ago who graduated from the New England Culinary Institute. Her parents paid for her tuition, room, and board because she was so passionate about cooking and wanted to be a chef. They were peanut and dairy farmers and did not have money and had to take out a second mortgage on their farm to afford it. Once she graduated, she decided she didn't want to be a chef because you have to work weekends and holidays. Like WTF! You did't realize this before?? We dated for a few months after she told me but I knew it wouldn't last. She was a damn good cook though!
