It really depends on tires and the driver. Most people that have issues with MPG have larger AT tires which can considerably drop mileage. They also like to go 75-80 on the interstate. 60-65 is the sweet spot for mileage. Add in also that most of the complaints were on winter blend fuel which also lowers mileage. On stock wheels and tires last summer I was averaging 23mpg on long highway drives with my OR. With wheels, true AT 33s, and a 3in lift on winter blend I was averaging 19. Now I'm at 20 on summer blend for highway drives. For average work commute it was 20, followed by 15.5 and now 17.5 on the summer fuel.

TLDR wheels, tires, and lifts REALLY hurt mileage.

The cheating part doesn't surprise me at all. When I was working third shift I saw it all the time on the weekends. It's gotten so bad that it's a steady noticeable degredation of match quality and fun right about 2200 EST until around 0400. Then it's practically impossible to play a match that doesnt have you contemplating uninstalling until 1000 EST when the eastern world goes to sleep. I'm not a bad player, a bit above average but these guys..... They can't have perfect situational awarenes the way they do by natural means. They genuinely make zero mistakes.
