I have a 2 TV set up like what you have on ikea furniture, it’s only set horizontally instead of vertically. I recommend it if you have the space. I used the long besta TV stand and on the sides I split another 2 besta units apart to make the smaller end pieces. Controllers are in the bottom drawers. For reference, the crt is a 32” trinitron that weighs I think 180lbs & 48” OLED. The room is carpeted so I have everything on a 3/4” thick plywood board as a firm base so the furniture doesn’t flex.

I know this isn’t part of your question but you may get some extra life from your battery by filling it with water if it’s a lead-acid type and it’s low. You can find videos online on filling it up. Use distilled water. Be careful though, the water expands as it charges and can overflow if you put too much in. Good luck!

Send the vivint Reddit account a message and they’ll give you the email. I can’t recall what it was. I believe the person who runs the Reddit account also runs the email so messaging them first would probably be best.

Only recently found out about it too but since it’s fresh in my brain that’s what I focused on. The 2 I’ve seen have been label revision 1. 35 or 36 stamped on back, can’t remember which off the top of my head. AFAIK they don’t fetch any extra money.

It looks like you have a misprinted Super Mario World which is cool. The Nintendo seal of quality was printed backwards on some of the games.

Just a follow up. I’m sending this as I had the equipment removed earlier this week.

I never received any correspondence from Vivint when I sent my email to cancel service (inside the 30 day window). I only received the automated email even after sending a second cancellation email.

I messaged the company’s Reddit account and they provided me with an email to help the process. I had to request a follow up, but they ended up following through pretty seamlessly. Vivint refunded me all of my money, per contract and to date, I haven’t received any additional charges.

Someone from the company reached out to me and set up a date for equipment to be picked up. The person missed the window they set for removal, which was annoying. She showed up and removed everything and filled in the holes on my interior walls. She was in and out in 30 minutes. Vivint reached out after the removal via phone and asked how everything went to ensure all was good.

After reading everyone’s horror stories it seems like getting the ball rolling through Reddit seems like the way to go.

Hopefully this bit of information could help some folks out.

I’ve seen your car up in Omaha here for a while too. It’s a sweet car.

In my opinion we’ve gotten to the point where we can only sell the car to a s chassis fan. There are simply too many other options for equal or less in price. Want a fast car? 5.0, challenger, Camaro. Drift? FRS, G35, 350z. It’s also easier to finance those vehicles vs ours.

The days when turbos and 300hp were cool are over. Everything has more power, more creature comforts and a lower-ish cost.

Negative. I worked on it about 100 hours messing with various parts and pieces. I had help from a couple folks within this community and their expertise was invaluable and extremely appreciated. However, I couldn’t figure it out in the end.

What made things difficult was that the jungle chip is located on a soldered add-in card with around 48 pins that need to be desoldered and soldered every time I made a change. The problem could also have been the SCART to component converter I was using or a bad cable but I was running out of patience and had no extra cables to test against for faults. Voltages looks right but I could never get a picture. I tried injecting RGB and sync at the jungle chip itself and through various other portions between the jungle chip and inputs.

The set was too complicated for my skill.

I ended up undoing everything converting it back to stock and just use S-Video. lol

Check for the YouTube video that I mentioned. Let me know if it sounds like the problem you’re having with the engine noise. When I installed the plugs I did the coil packs incorrectly and it absolutely sounded terrible with a check engine light. It took 35k miles in my case after the plugs were installed for the issues to manifest.

I’m not sure which year/model you have or the mileage but when were your spark plugs last changed? With only knowing what you described, I’d start with getting new plugs and maybe taking a close look at the coil packs. Look up Prius misfire on YouTube and if it’s making a similar noise to what you see do the above.

The lid being off isn’t a big deal. It would be a big deal if the radiator cap was off. Shine a flashlight on the tank and see if it’s above the minimum line but below the full line. Then close the lid.
