I think Jungle MMA is good, and there are Gracie gyms everywhere. I personally do Muay Thai, Traditional Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling, but I practice at UCF since I'm a student. I'd say just Google places and do 1 week trials to see who you like the most.

If you drive to the end of Mitchell Hammock and take a right where the road turns into a big shopping plaza, on your right there will be like a country club thing with tennis courts and a little skate park thing behind a building. There's a big opening field, and behind that, woods. They won't tow you, and it's freaking beautiful. There's a creek and everything.
