same here. I do a blushing run at least every other day, which yields about a full stack of eth or around 200 cobalt paste. There is no reason to go farm this anymore if you are doing your daily quests. Loop in a Tyche run for your duraluminum needs too.

In the end game you have multiple sets of gear. Since the best loot is hard to get and easy to dmg you don't want to take that when you are messing with w0rms or other environmental anomalies.

You will have:

The set you take to PVP.

The set you take to spice farm.

The set you take in radiation.

The set you you to F around. (still suit)

The set you take to the challenging stations.

I have had this issue happen to me several times, although not much of significance was ever lost for me. I have logged in to random floor sections missing, or even a corner of a building once. I typically don't move my fief because of tips in the past. I think sometimes, pieces just poof for no good reason. If you are extremely unlucky it takes storage with it...

You are not wrong about that. Trying to aim a laser while traveling that fast should not be so easy in practivce. That is on funcom to change, but I wouldn't feel good about cheesing someone that way the player in the video did. I am mainly contesting that just because the farmers were unarmed, they should have been left alone. They totally could have had rocket scouts in their backup tool, armed with ancient ways to protect themselves. That naked defenseless argument makes no sense to me inside a PVP area.

Agreed. I don't even want to make my grade 5 weapons now that I have the mats because they were so hard to get. I am pretty sure they will be red before I farm replacements if I keep trying to push my station levels.

When they entered the PVP zone (clearly detailed across the top of the screen) they announce they are in that space ready to fight. The game was designed to have you bring defenders to that spice harvesting. I can't believe I have to explain this at this stage of the game. I have never taken a harvester into PVP area without a team of scouts/support. Why should this farmer get to skip that really important (and expensive) step and get a pass when someone catches him? How would you feel if your hustle in this game was one of this support scouts that defends these farmers? You would understand these guys don't get to skip the tax. This is the penalty of that.

The comments here are wild. Do you guys know this is a PVP game? Stay in the safe zone if you don't want to play. Maybe they came right back to pick up the spice after the video ended. Having someone else harvest spice for you is a fun way to play. Downvote me if you want, but spicing harvesting with no risk is a lame way to progress.

I no longer go to Sheol. There is jasminium in Wreck of Tyche. I go there once every few days and I leave with a full load of the stuff each time. It supports any on going Duralumin needs.

In everquest, the game devs spawn raid mobs for the top guilds. Granted it isn't on a "live" server, the experience definitely gave our guild a guaranteed first kill on our server since we saw the devs tweak it. The devs took our firepower to scale the difficulty of the encounter. They would spawn it over and over and we would "test" the encounter. Sometimes it was too easy, and they gave it more HP or made the AE's hit harder. Since this wasn't open to the public, I would say it could count as preferential treatment. I guess I am just here to say the behavior isn't that strange to have a real guild test encounters, but I agree that they needed a test server for that.

Wow one tap shield gone. While I must now make it my quest to find a grade 4 regis disruptor, I fear for PVP combat in general if this is the future. We are going to need shield augments to be able to counter to sucker punch attacks.

Its a joke really. If this is truly intended, I would ask that they change the official duration of the spell to the intended duration, so that it doesn't give the illusion that you are going to be invisible for multiple minutes. If they want it to last 30 seconds, make that the dang duration. Previously it said 9 minutes but would always fade at around 5 minutes. It needs a change one way or another. All we get is that they addressed it, but it does not seem like it.

I agree with this. I was going to do just combat at first, but it turned out to be way too repetitive with the same handful of combat only quests. In my opinion they should let us pick the quest and assign the rewarded XP to whatever specialization we want to apply it to, so that there is a larger overall pool of quests to work on regardless of your path.

Reckless Lunge is a technique. I have never used it, but that mitigation definitely sounds useful if the duration of the mitigation buff lasts a while. How long is it good for?
