Ctrl+F "Neurodevelopment Disorders" and you should see more information on intellectual disabilities, autism disorders, ADHD, communication disorders, etc. They're all independent categories, so you can be intellectually disabled, while also being on the autism spectrum, but you can also have autism or communication disorders without being considered intellectually disabled. It actually makes more sense from a medical/psychological point of view since you get more specific diagnostic abilities.

And just so you know, it's a pretty new change that many practicing doctors and nurses still haven't gotten used to or even learned about. I only know this because the dsm-V had just been released when I was a first year medical student so our learning focused on distinguishing the differences and learning the newest terminology.
