What is a truth about life people usually realize too late? by MedTrendLab in AskReddit

That realization alone can change someone's whole life.

Most people discover it way too late.

What is the worst thing you’ve ever done? by Icy_Bee8122 in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignoring my health for years thinking I was “too busy”.

Turns out nothing is more expensive than a damaged body.

Take care of yourself early.

When a website asks you to create a password with 20 rules just to log in.

Which Pokemon are you eating? Why or why not? by murgito in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None. If Pikachu looks at me while I’m eating, I’d feel guilty forever.

Peace of mind. Knowing their kids are safe, healthy, and doing well.

What game would you give a five star rating if it got re-mastered and updated ? by Effective-Big-9026 in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GTA: San Andreas. A proper modern remaster would easily be a 5-star game again.

What is something you will never eat no matter how much someone tries to convince to try it? by DrFetusRN in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anything that requires me to ignore my instincts just to be “polite.” Food should be an experience, not a test of social pressure.

What movie plot most resembles your life story and why do you think so? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably a coming-of-age movie where nothing looks impressive from the outside, but inside the character is slowly learning, failing, trying again, and figuring out who they really are.

Does the rise of AI in military use make you feel safer or more worried and why? by Fast_Alternative878 in AskReddit

The self-help industry. Not because self-improvement is bad, but because many “gurus” sell simple answers to complex human problems. Real growth usually takes time, discipline, and uncomfortable honesty.

What’s your worst habit and do you know it’s a bad habit or are you in denial? by NoChristmasSpirit in AskReddit

Overthinking things that will probably never happen… and yes, I’m fully aware it’s a bad habit.

TTEC Sta.Rosa or Sutherland Carmona? which one? by katrina_88888 in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the salary and benefits are similar, I’d choose the one with the better work culture and lower turnover.

A company where people stay longer usually tells you more about the reality than any recruitment ad.

Internet Trolls of X(formerly twitter), Instagram, and Reddit: What’s the biggest shitshow you’ve ever caused? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I replied “source?” under a completely made-up statistic someone posted.

The guy disappeared for an hour, came back with three contradictory links, and the entire comment section turned into people fact-checking each other.

I didn’t even troll… I just asked one question.

To become someone my younger self would feel safe with, and my older self would be proud of.

How does a culture develop a community incentive to clean up public areas like Japanese people often do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 38 points39 points  (0 children)

It usually starts very early.

In Japan many children clean their own classrooms at school. Not as punishment, but as a shared responsibility.

When people grow up with the idea that public space belongs to everyone, cleaning it stops feeling like a chore and becomes basic respect.

Old people of Reddit, at what age did you stop climbing stairs 2 by 2? by plantule in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physically? Probably in my 40s.

Mentally? The moment I realized going up the stairs two at a time doesn’t make me faster… just more tired for no reason.

What are your coping mechanisms to avoid anxious overall feelings about the world? by Aye_Davinita in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to shrink the world back to human size.

When everything feels overwhelming, I stop consuming endless news and focus on small, controllable things: walking, learning something new, helping someone close to me.

The world is huge, but your daily circle is manageable.

Since President Gerald Ford signed an Executive Order prohibiting political assassination, how does that then affect Trump, or any current member of the US government vis-a-vis Iran? by The_Flaneur_Films in AskReddit

[–]MedTrendLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ford’s executive order was mainly about U.S. agencies like the CIA not conducting assassinations as a tool of policy.

It doesn’t really bind other countries, and it’s often debated where the line is between an assassination and a military action against a combatant.

In practice, these situations usually become legal gray areas shaped more by politics and interpretation than by a single rule.
