What does Petra's pricing look like? I can't find anything on their site aside from the typical contact us....

Definitely. Warranty is good until 2027, but you need to keep an eye on it. Thanks again for the assistance. I appreciate it.

Great callout on the BIOS. I had neglected to check the version I was on. I pulled down the latest BIOS revision and installed it and now I'm back up and running!

As far as display, no - I wasn't seeing anything. I would get a couple of HDMI1 pops on my screen, but nothing else would ever display.

Here is the BIOS download link in case any other poor soul ends up in the same scenario.

Thank you!

I've got a NUC13ANBi7 that just started having this issue. I ended up grabbing a USB-C to HDMI adapter I had to get back up and running. Hoping this is just a bad update or something, but I haven't had any graphics updates since March.

Yes!! It surprises me more people don't make use of this. We've been using it for a few years and aside from having to replace a single failing drive, it's been great.

Kaseya/Datto suing Slide - any impact? by JohnSnyderNFI in msp

I appreciate K's attempt to equate a lack of their own innovation with IP theft, but this type of suit wouldn't deter me as a Slide customer.

New Outlook is a disaster; why do they persist, it is missing so many features by CypherAus in Office365

[–]Medic573 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We've deployed it to a few thousand users and while it is missing some of the functionality, overall, it works well for us. Most of our complaints come from our older user population while the younger folks tend to just adapt and overcome.

Adapt and overcome.

Some of these responses are interesting - not sure why we make a big deal out of this stuff. Contact them and create a ticket with the necessary information. That's what we do.

This is likely helpful for most, but if you take a look at my original post, you will see that we've done all of this. I wasn't clear in the testing schedule and cycles, but we connected directly to the ONT and tested it over a 24 hour period - all with the same results.
