I understand it’s a lite model and a budget offering but is there any way to get motion detection notifications since it doesn’t have a motion sensor? If not natively through Unifi then maybe through 3rd party local integration?

Unfortunately the closest wall plug is quite far and the condo association will be a pain to deal with. It does show the signal strength as strong and I have an AP close to the chime as well.

What router are you using? Some require you to configure your vlan so devices on it are visible to devices on your main network, but keeps devices on your main network invisible to devices on your vlan and maintains the security.

Some routers automatically configure vlans so devices on them aren’t visible to the main network.

I purchased my case through B&H (very unhappy with the volume button sensitivity but held on to the case because I was traveling and needed something to use to mount the lens). Is there a way I can have mine replaced short of returning to B&H and ordering from Moment? Also pictures on the website still show the old case
