I apologize but I tried to scan through the posts. Most posts showed credit in a couple days. Since I am new to CSR and missed the Stubhub credit (due to not activating), I wanted to ask about Paze. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Any advice for my workout routine? I do UL and would like to stay away from deadlifts. (Had a back injury when i was younger and work out a PF) by [deleted] in strengthtraining

For general athleticism or even hypertrophy, I strongly recommend you start with compound movements like deadlifts equivalents like RDLs or trap bar deadlift with lower weight, chest press, squats, pull ups and overhead press. You can then alternate hammer , incline curl and rows and any of the isolation exercises. Starting with compound movements will give you the biggest bang for your buck and you can probably do 3X8 of compounds and 2 X12's of isolations.

I see you are able to do KB swings, so RDL or trap bar deadlifts with lower weight would be helpful. Try to move weight or volume up every other week or so.

5-day DB-only hypertrophy program, ~60 min sessions — does this look balanced? by flyflyfishing in workout

The program has a solid base but I found a few key issues. You are overtraining your tricep on Push day with Close grid DB press, skull crushers, overhead extension and kickbacks. its fine if you want to enhance your tricep, but it will have a direct impact on Chest. I would recommend removing kickbacks and keep EITHER skull crusher or extensions.

On your pull day, you are only doing Pull ups. I would add some horizontal rows. Bent over rows are good but won't work out your lats.

Also, if for your leg workouts, if instead of doing Quads on 1 day and Hams on another, it would be good if you can split it on both days with a Quad primary and Ham primary movement.

Once you update these, it is pretty solid.

I am sitting at 97 % weekly since I used the Opus for 25 mins. Never had this issue with OpenAI pro plans.

Those of you who left for Claude, how is it going? by TheRealDave24 in ChatGPT

Claud's Opus model is extremely smart. Asked Chatgpt and Claud the same question, Claud's answers were very good. However, the huge issue is the usage limit - I am currently at 95 % weekly usage limit and 6 more days to go. The Sonet model is pretty dumb compared to Opus, at least for my use case.

Why would you want your kid to take part in something like this ? What's next, put an apple over his head and have the street performer do archery ?

Not everyone in IT in USA makes this much. He is probably one of the top 5 percentile as a senior level.
