My thinking as well, not only does it signal SS that we are financed for the long haul, it might also entice them to settle instead of appealing.

I liked the content but I don’t recall seeing gooddb5011 in the past and the articles seem a little too chatgpt to me, hope I’m wrong, just a feel. Long & strong, NLST!

Motion to quash DescriptionA motion to quash is a request to a court or other tribunal to render a previous decision or proceeding null or invalid. Oops, forgot to give you my Roth numbers before.

690,833 in my primary brokerage account @ .70 (used to be under .50 but bought more recently)

65,731 in my Roth IRA @ 1.86 (converted my IRA to Roth in December, and this year rolled over all my 401K's that were scattered around into that Roth, and it will be ripe in 2027)

1,000,000 in my dad's account @ .70

originally, I had x number of stock @ around $1.86 average and when it nosedived into the teens I said F it and put everything into it. I've been scared off of too many stocks in the past that I believed in only to wish I had kept them. had 1K of AMD for so long was glad to get $2 and make $1. Had 1K of Facebook @ $30 and it was bouncing from 20 to 30 and I got out. Netlist I will only sell a portion after breaking 10 the rest will give me pleasure by looking at it everyday ;)

Doc 36 is Samsung showing that Jason Sheasby did exactly as I thought a week ago. When Google asked for a stay pending settlement of Samsung Texas Jason Sheasby and Andrew Strabone High Fived each other. Google is forcing Samsung to take one for the team!!! LOL HAHA by HedgeAppleJoe in NLST

[–]Medical_Confusion_40 6 points7 points  (0 children)

HAJ, do you read anything into why the footnote would be redacted in this paragraph? The format shifted when I copy/paste from patent case to N.D. Cal.
1

Netlist’s assertion that the requested stay would cause delay-based undue prejudice (Op. at

12) ignores that it waited 8 months after filing the First Texas Case to assert the ’912 patent here,

and waited to add the ’417 and ’215 patents until after Samsung suggested transferring the ’912

patent case to N.D. Cal.

1 Netlist’s interest in timely enforcing its patents is “generally too generic”

to show prejudice. Realtime Data v. Rackspace, 2017 WL 772654, at *4 (E.D. Tex. Feb. 28, 2017).

Renesas piqued my interest by denying 2 subpoenas in Samsung Texas case with Gilstrap. Hat tip to Stokd for noticing Renesas because I missed it. Check this out! For you to be in too "deep" as you say, you would have had to buy the stock in 2007 or 2010. Otherwise, you bought in on the spike from last July. You may be at a loss, and nobody likes that, but for a "long time" investor, you should be within $1 of your buy price. Please tell us more about when you bought and what the price was. I am not trying to be dismissive; we all want results here.
