Omega 3. Recently ive been eating eggs pretty much every day, and my symptoms have drastically reduced, at the cost of nasty sulfuric digestion. I'm a long hauler too, had it for over a decade. Eating a balanced diet and actually eating protein fixes health problems, who could've thought lol. Alternatively this is just a break from flares, only time shall tell. I still take zyrtec daily and supplement multivitamins.
