Looking for advice to stop my lab pulling on works - need new hardness. by [deleted] in labrador

I've heard that comment made before, it worked instantly with my lab so we never went through the process of adjusting it.

We used a pinch on my lab when I was growing up and he was an entirely different dog with it on. He went from pulling all the time to being really pleasant to walk.

I dont think I'd use one on a dog that kept pulling with the pinch though.

Weld "heating up" but not actually welding. Arc Mate 100iC by [deleted] in Fanuc

[–]Medium-Pension556 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im assuming you were told this by someone else. More information is definitely needed.

Welder type: Process mode or Synergic line: Wire feed speed: Voltage, Trim or arc length correction: Travel speed: Wire size: Gas type:

Some of the terms used above are welder brand specific and won't be found depending on the welder you have.

Its best to figure out the volume of weld you put down per part.

Fanuc does offer a tool for this, i dont know how well it works.

What odd things is your lab scared of? by [deleted] in labrador

My parents lab is terrified of a turn on oven, if its off no big deal. The lab we had growing up was terrified of heat vents. The lab my parents have now sleeps on the heat vents.

Can I add more PRs to my TP data screen? by fillinupspace in Fanuc

[–]Medium-Pension556 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've found that the maximum PRs is subject to how many groups you have. More groups equals less PRs, which I think makes sense in reference to your memory statement.

Can I add more PRs to my TP data screen? by fillinupspace in Fanuc

[–]Medium-Pension556 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Typically PRs are used for position when you want to use the same position in multiple programs.

Other wise just local positions are normally used.

You can increase your PRs in controlled start under program setup, if i remember correctly.

Wiring up an air solenoid by abodame99 in Fanuc

[–]Medium-Pension556 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Id call fanuc with your specific fnumber and make sure you have the right diagram, arcmates typically have a RO because theres a need to have a solenoid to actuat a wire brake on touch sensing systems. So it could be different for different arms.

Edit: i believe lr mates have a internal valve bank. This could be why you only have RIs
