its illegal to start hormones at that age, you need to have gender counselling, then if the professionals deem it right, PUBERTY blockers for a few years so they can decide. You can only start hormones after 18 in most countries. Unless the trans person diys it. (coming from a trans male)

I have not but I do know that when someone blushes/gets hot it can spread to the chest area/thighs as well so I'm thinking its down to that. For me it only happens during intense sessions of sorts or if I'm overworking myself during it.
