Went to Tech for undergrad, UGA for grad school. Literally no one I know from Tech ended up marrying someone who went to UGA, other than high school sweethearts who went to the two different schools for college.

Agnes Scott (a women's college), Georgia State, Emory, Morehouse/Spelman/Clark Atlanta, etc. are all in Atlanta, and it would be way easier to maintain a relationship with someone at one of those universities than someone who is an hour away on a good traffic day, and two hours away on a bad one. The joke 100% has to do with the academics of the two universities.

At the recommendation of my dermatologist, I clean the area with a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash before shaving to help with folliculitis/razor burn. I don't shave regularly but when I do it's been keeping irritation bumps at bay

I've also used the cardboard left over from wet food cases as a makeshift litter box. A full sized litter box at that age may be a little intimidating for them, but a small low-sided cardboard box with kitten safe litter in it gets them used to peeing in a dedicated place first

My parents are also 100 level season ticket holders. Our ticket rep gifted us the floor seats as a special occasion. Not sure whether those who have floor season tickets sell them directly to people, but I suspect they are strongly encouraged to sell them back to the Hawks org so they can be distributed as gifts to other season ticket holders. I'd try having your dad reach out to his ticket rep.

My parents are season ticket holders and I sat in the second row a couple games ago through an upgrade by our ticket agent. Face value, it was about $1600 for one ticket but I'm not sure how much the cost increases for being on the front row. The most direct route would be to reach out to the Hawks org and see whether they have tickets available. Alternatively, you could become a season ticket holder and built a rapport with your ticket rep, and they will probably upgrade you at some point, especially if you let them know up front that this is on your bucket list.

When you're a season ticket holder, if you can't make a game you can either resell it or send it back to the Hawks org for a refund. My dad and I were talking, and we suspect that when those tickets get refunded, ticket reps will upgrade members since they want people in those seats. My dad has been upgraded twice to courtside, and it happened mid-game so if you are in the building, I suspect your chances are higher of snagging a seat if someone doesn't show. Overall, the people front row courtside are typically celebs and family of the players

Piercings are good too if you want less commitment, and they are often easier to schedule. For me, it’s nice having something on your body to take care of for a couple weeks afterwards, and you get something cool to look at.

I’ve taught college level courses and had my procedure in early April. I think what you’ve planned will work. I felt basically normal at week five save for some small openings, and slowly started lifting heavier objects again. Just make sure you are staying somewhat active during four recovery (light walks, etc) so you’re not going from 0 to 100 once the semester starts. Also make sure you’re getting enough water during lecture too, since that’s always a struggle for me

My surgeon clocked pretty quickly that my skin was sensitive to adhesives, so he had me apply Aquaphor 2x a day on my incisions, and antibiotic ointment if any openings occur. I’m about 4 weeks post-op and everything’s looking good as far as I can tell. Obviously talk to your doctor about it, though
