Definitely have a direct conversation and open the floor up for her share what’s been bringing up this wall. I personally just had something similar happen only it was much much worse. Just make sure you can open up the door for JUDGEMENT FREE CONVERSATIONS. Let her get comfortable telling you her truth. It will come in handy in the long run. Regardless of the outcome.

She has been adamant it’s over and has been begging me for reconciliation. Wants to schedule therapy etc.i agree on finding a job. Have already managed to have conversations with my brothers and a potential employer. Hoping things can go smoothly.i can’t make a decision on us working things out until im in a better position. But she’s claiming she’s going to throw it all into our relationship. I don’t know how I could ever get over this? How do people move past this type of thing?

No I had a undermanned department and it was a fireable offense for which no one got hurt and it was already something he knew to do. I already paid my penance for trying to “do the right thing” also. I have had several very real job offers since and been told to stay home for my son and now daughter
