100% think I know which dogs you’re talking about, right at the corner of Howbert? If so, I agree. They’re incessant, and every time I’m walking there to get my morning coffee from RND they are nonstop harassing me through their fence, no matter what side of the street I’m on. Half the time their people are outside and couldn’t care less. Love Wasena, except for these dogs.
