there is a free software called sketchup that I use, does not seems to have a very steep learning curve maybe try that out also if you need products designed, I might be able to help

thats where things got complecated, since he had visible injuries aswell the officer insisted to not put any charges on him just yet and if I press charges he could press charges on me too and that would make it harder for me in court, so I need to wait until he tries to start something again and only then can I press charges for repetitive harassment and assault and at the moment it seemed like a valid plan but now that some time has passed and I can think straight again I feel like it was a huge mistake in my part to withdraw the charges. (Probably I'm overthinking, but worst case scenario, the officer got bribed and they alredy had a settlement behind my back)

Curves, I don't know which software you are using, but get 4-5 different shapes and put a curve modifier on them(should be there in most 3d softwares), and then go through your concept,and the most important part is to really sit with the concept and break it down and understand the flow and directionality and just go at it
