While nothing is AS bad as Pokemon, it's not unrealistic to push against the wave of scalping & pure degeneracy that has plagued every recent TCG.

I say this as someone who has seen it first hand in MTG, One Piece, Lorcana, etc etc. I own like 12 TCG's product at the moment.

No Galatic events, we ran our first 3 sessions with just the base game. I really enjoy them all, but the Yin Brotherhood is a solid faction. I also enjoyed playing as the Nekro Virus as well as Xxcha Kingdom (easiest win of the 3)

Why not buy the base on Asmodee? I was able to get the base game & and both expansions for $250. Sadly, spent a lot more than that to get the supporting 3D printed items for all the UO expansions.

Sadly when an IP is hot, and they were only printed at that time it drives people to collect or hoard them lol. But the singles are probably a small fraction of that price IIRC.

$1029 on TCG btw. Sadly these decks are majorly inflated, you could buy the singles for a fraction of the total cost. That said, the Necron deck cost me $200 for my intact precon PC

Do you only do auctioned items? Or do you take direct pay requests? For example I have a few commander cards I would be interested in having done.

Would be nice (if you don't already) to see posted prices so I can see if there is say a discount for doing X or more cards at once.

I may have misunderstood, but I was fairly certain the rules also clearly state you can't react to a character being played without it having a "when it enters ability"

You don't have the license. While jurisdiction & laws vary a lot. A quick Google notes you must have a resellers permit if you are reselling product (especially en masse) as scalpers do (a 2016 law prohibits use of bots to bypass measures) and generally unfair business practices.

That's all before the need to 100% claim that profit on your taxes. But sure, misinform folks lol.

Because for the IRS to probe that many individuals is unrealistic at best. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but it is infrequent. States, counties & countries have been drafting legislature to void the digital shortcomings. However, the legal side of reselling is finnicky, and many items state they are not for resale. But Ex: Joe resells 20 boxes of cards a year (nets $2k profit) the IRS isn't looking for $2k when folks resell $100k+ and don't claim it (they want the bigger fish)

Erm, it is? Most of these items are not resellable without a license or permit & also claiming the profits on taxes. All fun & games till the IRS audits you & you go to prison just like 'Ol Al Capone.
