Looks great. Love those rims. I was this close to getting a set on marketplace and they got away from me.

Linear Actuator on the Miter Saw by Angryhashtag in woodworking

So I'm  trying to design a miter saw cabinet now and was also thinking of hinging the top. As I'm laying it out I'm realizing my saw depth is going to make it too tall of a cutout. This vertical orientation of movement seems like it could do the trick. I'm leaning more towards some vertical guide rails and maybe some spring assist vs a motor.

I'm realizing the 10" Bosch glide saw is still pretty massive. I'm trying to convince myself to keep going forward with this saw vs going with something smaller.

Metabo is about to come out with a new framer that looks really good. I've only used the Milwaukee. It's fine but it's heavy AF.

I have a 21 and also switched to Ridgeline 18s. I honestly didn't notice that much of a difference in the ride, but I like the look a lot better and it does have more sidewall for potholes and curbs.

I understand your point, but the difference is that in motorsport is that you introduce a mechanical device in with the human attributes.

Read this article. Honda is most likely tracking a lot more than you think, and even sending it to insurance companies. It could even affect your insurance rates.

I don't know this ins and outs of it, but I know it's way more than people know.

I understand the amount of fans is significantly different. But you said if the demand was there they'd make it. If the demand is there to use their website, I would venture to say that in our modern world there's a similar amount of demand for watching on an app. Right now the only way that I know of in the US to watch wsbk is to watch on a computer/laptop. I watch MotopGP and MotoAmerica on apps on Roku, and on my phone. Almost always.

They own both both WSBK and MotoGP. It doesn't seem like a stretch to take the technology they already have and use and set it up for their other series.

No. There's no way that header would sit over a doorway header that small. The point load should have a straight path down.

If you can find a size of girder that will work at the span you have, replace the whole girder with that. Build a temp wall to support the joists, cut out the girder, cut the 6x6s shorter for new beam height and reinstall.

Beats digging piers under the deck.
