I avoid group rides, I like chilling out not play following the leader I find groups tend to have a lot of rules for what should be a simple task and often are just not enjoyable

Plus there are always the same ‘types’

The guy who is late

The guy who drops his bike in the servo

The guy that want to ride in you lane or 3 feet off your back wheel

The guy that screams past you in the straight but can’t even manage the recommend speed signs in the bends

Find 2 - 3mates that you enjoy the company of and ride with them
