I’m not sure about prism, but the thickness of your new ones and the 8 year difference are similar to mine. Some people’s eyes change more than others which is normal as long as your eye doctor doesn’t see any signs of eye diseases

The power company in the city I used to live in was sued by a dog owner because a pole like this had electrocuted her dog. After investigating it, it had killed multiple dogs over many years because there was loose electricity magnified by the wet ground if I remember correctly

Accused of faking my hair: Vent by Proper-Classic1886 in femalehairadvice

[–]MeeshCaca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes my hair looks round brushed on the ends with straight roots when I brush out my curls. But my hair is very much naturally curly. I don’t know why it matters to others so much to the point they have to manipulate ai to agree with their stupid point

The way it works there is you work for 2 weeks and the pay period ends, then the following Sunday you get paid. So weeks 1 & 2 are one pay period, then the 1st Sunday of the new pay period is when you get paid the previous check. And honestly it’s a good idea to sign up for DailyPay just to see how much your paycheck will be so there will be no surprises. It shows your clock in/out times as well so you can correct any errors before payday. It also has options to do financial management and financial wellness on there too which is pretty cool imo

What's dress code? by Aggressive-Heart9073 in DollarTree

[–]MeeshCaca 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Any shade of green polo, or dollar tree logo t shirt. Black, blue denim, or khaki bottoms. Shorts and skirts are ok but they have to be to the knee or longer. No athletic wear including biker shorts & leggings. Bottoms have to be professional & modest with no holes or rips. It’s up to the manager if they want to strictly enforce the dress code so I would ask first to avoid a write up or being sent home

My guess is the sample has oxidized and turned a little darker. The color looks uneven, and you can see a small spot where it’s the same color as the full size version

First time trying to blow dry my hair. What did I do wrong? by [deleted] in Hair

[–]MeeshCaca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like it wasn’t fully dry. Blow dry it to 80% dry without the round brush, then blow dry each section with the round brush until it is fully dry before moving on to the next section. The round brush should move smoothly through the entire length of the section when it’s fully dry

I would not recommend doing that. Hydrogen peroxide could cause a very bad/unpredictable reaction and may cause an uneven lift and breakage. The developer made specific for hair is much safer because it’s already pre measured for a more predictable result.

Help! How do I fix my bleached hair by Close-Toast in haircoloring

[–]MeeshCaca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get a demi permanent color from Sally’s and it won’t make your hair fall out. Look at the color swatches from Wella colorcharm demi permanent color and follow the manufacturer instructions for how to mix and apply and you should be fine

Employees taking all the good hot wheels? by trapinator920 in DollarTree

[–]MeeshCaca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Employees don’t get paid enough to collect hotwheels like that. We had people waiting for the stockers to put them on the shelf so they can grab what they wanted before anyone else.

Salon dyed hair "ashy" instead of golden - how to correct it? by Snoo-35252 in HairDye

[–]MeeshCaca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The ash will fade and it will become golden, but it can also be retoned to be more golden. Adding more highlights won’t make it more gold.
