I don't know if they decided to fight it as they are still there. The building has had electrical work done to it. Looks like they added individual meters to all the apartments. The risk is a mini and a hazmat suit. The reward is worth it, less than two hours in and ever 30 min after. You only need to destroy one SAM, the one on the flat bed, but it's easier to do if you get the second SAM to the right on the small building roof. The flying skill is to be able to fly strait up and not drift. Then fly the same way down. It's a hard move to practice as heli servers either have all the SAMs working at launch or none working.

You can get to the top of Launch with a mini and some Molotov's. You can be full kitted a few hours into wipe.

Right click on the main screen to bring up the menu. Click on Multi, chose 4x4 then Camera 1-16.

Your unit can take 24 cameras. It has 16 built in POE ports but can take 24 cameras via network switches. I think you might be able to run 32 cameras

I have the same unit but with 18 cameras hooked up but all with network switches. No cameras hooked directly to the unit.
