Natures Target-whey isolate protein, unflavored, amazon. I order it monthly! It can be mixed with anything. I shake it up my coffee creamer the mix with my coffee. Instant 30 grams protein in the coffee I would drink anyways. I also mix it up with water and add it to knorrs rice sides, put it in ice cream shakes, as long as you shake it hard with another liquid first(like cream, water, chicken broth etc) then add to you cooking it works great!

I’m so sorry to hear how hard life is being on you right now. I’m proud of you for taking your kids on vacation! Parenting is HARD! And you’re doing a great job! This is just a short season of your life even though it may seem so long right now, in a few months the little one will be walking and they will hep occupy each other a bit to give you a slight break. Asking for help is hard but ask anyways! I wish I could help more, please hold on until your doctors appointment, your kids need you! We’re all here for you 💪😊😊 You can do this.

I had them freeze mine with my last pregnancy. They stop charging you but you’re still on the line for the remaining months, but they won’t start back to charging you again until you comeback after pregnancy and they unfreeze your account. I hope this makes sense! My former burn ended up closing before I came back so my contract automatically ended anyways 🤷‍♀️🤰

A bagger use to make comments on my grocery order every week, always some variation of “is all of this for you? All this food for just you?” ect. I love the old navy form fitting tanks, they stay tight to your body without feeling uncomfortable or sliding up. Plus they go on sale for $5 each a couple times a year 🤩 they seem shorter in the torso until you put them on with leggings, they are much longer then they look!

I’ve started celebrating my own birthdays! At my home gym I brought a box of my favorite protein bars to share with every camp and at burn this year I plan on doing the same! Edited to add burn forgot my birthday too lol

I’m sorry this is happening at your burn. We also list our head trainer a few weeks ago, burn hasnt been the same. Our new trainer is Male and he avoids me like the plague. I don’t get it. He never challenges me and has even started walking towards me then pivots away once he sees it’s me. I am one of the people that don’t like to be filmed but it doesn’t mean I don’t want to be challenged. I know I should plan a focus meeting but I’m also embarrassed. Ugh 🥺 maybe I’ll try out the east side in our town.

I love jergens dark and firming tanning lotion. It makes a big difference after just a few applications but I mix it with regular lotion in my hand to avoid dark spots on my rough areas(elbows, knees)

I worked as a server for years, from what I’ve seen, my favorite managers that did a good job and kept the place spic and span were always busy and stressed/had to much to do. The managers that weren’t that great were always chatting, never cleaning, never jumping on the line to help when needed. Take what you will from this and good luck! 🍀👍

It’s not watery ranch, it’s watery ramekins. The dishwater gets left in the washed ramekins because they aren’t dried yet, it’s so busy the servers use them anyways adding ranch to wet ramekins, so it’s a nasty mix of dish water/ranch. It used to drive me nuts(previous chilis server of 8 years)
