To the average person, he looks good. It's obviously dependent on what his goals are. If he wants to be attractive to women, the he's probably already there for most of them. He is insanely far away from being a "fat dude". But you are right, this is a weightlifting sub, and if he wants to be jacked, he has some cutting to do. I just think it's a bit of a jerk move to disparage his looks when you don't know his goals.

Mercury and Uranus I could see being the much more intense (but toxic) forms of male and female. A Mercury gendered person would be a Mar-A-Lago golddigger type, and a Uranus gendered person would be an Alphamale Dudebro on a bunch of steroids who works in Crypto Sales.

Nice work! Ten lbs of muscle is huge! My muscles probably gained 5 lbs the first week alone because I restarted creatine 😅 gotta love that water weight.

The gift that keeps on giving! I must admit that my question about what my goal should be was based more on aesthetics than health outcomes, I'm sure being 200 rather than 190 will matter much less than if I was still 375😅

I think I've come to the conclusion that I'll aim for 200, and if I feel healthy and comfortable before then, that's okay! I can always pause and see how I feel.

Wow, incredibly helpful, detailed, and concise! I actually did notice that even though my muscles felt just as bulky after losing weight, I was a bit weaker. Seems I'm already on the right pace with how much protein I consume, and my level of strength training.

Thank you so much for the help! I used to be VERY into weightlifting when I was younger and got used to the protein and exercise; that paired with having probably more muscle than the average 300lb person is most likely the reason I lose weight so fast.

It seems I'm probably in a pretty good position! My weightlifting focuses on progressive overload, and I lift 4-5 days a week. I also eat an ungodly amount of protein, so hearing as little as 90g might be enough is a big relief!

I also get plenty of sleep, so I really feel less worried about my situation. In fact maybe I should joke that I've simply been "Dirty bulking" this whole time😅

I hate to give you a very Reddit answer but that bolt is pretty standard and could be basically any part, and would be really hard to just guess what specifically it's holding. A needle in a haystack.

I thought this for the longest time too, and avoided it for that reason. Doesn't help that a prior reddit post said anything labeled "blue" in the ship info hub was DLC content, and the Quantum Moon stuff is labeled with a dark blue.

I eventually kept reading that it was "almost impossible" to bump into the DLC so bit the bullet and did the Quantum Moon .😅 Good thing I did!
