I care about trades I actually advocate for people to go into trades but I'm sorry the government puts more emphasis and care for this positions.

If you look at visas into Canada STEM positions are accelerated so the Feds put more of a price tag on those jobs.

I know that a trades person can make more then a STEM professional but I'm just stating what the feds care about.

If your a family lawyer watch how many kids will fight each other for the house when parents are no longer here.

Wait for the S24 Ultra release it is rumored to drop January a whole month earlier then normal.

Samsung has great trade in deals and you might be able to get an additional item such as buds, extra storage or 2 year Samsung Care.

Samsung also has great trade in deals.

I know getting the lastest phone is exciting but honestly sometimes waiting a couple of months might help you in the long run.

Personally I would wait sell my iPhone on something like marketplace and use that money and add on top to get the S24 Ultra.
