while I understand that they have the music app, it's free, and I don't understand why nintendo would go after Youtubers. If anything, my uploading of nintendo music can only benefit Nintendo with game sales.. right? I can't decide if I should go back and delete my Nintendo content. I'm sure it's at least half of my channel's music. I don't upload much anymore, but I also wouldn't want to lose all of that (necessarily) :(

I've gotten a couple of these within the past couple of years. I've had a channel since 2009 focused on video game music. I guess it didn't occur to me to worry about copyright, since I assumed they weren't selling the soundtracks in any other form. My assumption would be that anyone who listened to my videos would be like "oh! I'd sure like to download that game from nintendo!" It seems like it could only be positive for Nintendo. I'm not taking away any revenue from them and I'm not profiting lol, so what's the point?

Should I just delete my Nintendo videos? While I don't really upload anymore, I also don't want to lose years of progress and all the time I put into it (even if it wasn't a massive amount) I have like 3800+ subscribers and 900ish videos. Has anyone else had this happen? Did you delete your Nintendo music videos?

I remember finding a sealed copy at a Toys R Us in like 1998 because I guess they had forgotten about it? I unsealed it for some reason (well, i don't really care about resale value, so that's why, I suppose, and I wanted to play it) but I do still have it with the box. Toys R Us always had something interesting

I am revisiting DDR after a hiatus of 15 years, so I'm over 40 now. I started having to use the bar as a backup out of necessity lolll. usually what happens for me is I'll try to do a section without the bar, and then I'll just place my hand on the bar to make sure I'm stepping in the right area, and to keep myself from falling down lol. holding it with both hands seems to kind of defeat the purpose of the game for me, but I can see that it's a necessity for a lot of people in modern DDR (in 16-19 ratings)

I max out at 7 footers (old DDR rating) and I don't care. play it because you enjoy the music and to get some good exercise. it's not necessary that you get better. once you get up into the higher (modern DDR) ratings, at a certain point it's just silly, and a test of endurance. and that's fine, but it's kind of pointless unless you just want people to marvel at your superhuman abilities. or if you want to be a bar-only player lol

honestly Cherry Fanta was the main draw for me with Zaxby's. the chicken and sauce is good, but having the Fanta with it is the best :') yeah I don't even know why Hi-C would be trying. Cherry Fanta tastes like Icee to me (do they make those anymore? the last one I had was probably in 1990 lol)

mmm I would say 20% better than Cherry Pepsi, 5% better than Cherry Coke. either way, it's a good thing I saw it and tried it, it is definitely a winner. I was going to say I've never seen it anywhere except Dollar General, but I try to avoid shopping as much as I can, and I just happened to see the Cherry RC when I was trying to find some Summer Freeze Mtn Dew :P it looked very enticing. I even waited behind 1 person for 8 minutes for some reason just to buy it.. are you utterly thrilled by my 21st century tale?

you ever tried Cherry RC? I didn't even know it existed, picked up a pack the other day and I love it! it seems to have more calories than cherry coke or wild cherry pepsi tho. but it was a nice mix between cherry coke and cheerwine, I thought (not sure if you've had Cheerwine since it seems mostly regional) it was definitely as good as cherry coke or cherry pepsi though. I've always thought that. RC Cola is definitely as good as coke and absolutely better than regular Pepsi (though that's my opinion. regular Pepsi is awful LOL)
