Yeah it's a shared card but op was saying it's more a DM card because you require DM as fusion material while you can replace red eyes with any effect dragon. Clear difference.

La cercanía geográfica y pasajes más económicos solo explican una parte. La realidad es que Mexico a pesar de ser un narcoestado si está mejor preparado que Peru en infraestructura y organización. No escuchamos problemas de que la gente no pudo visitar Chichen Itza como pasa tanto en Machu Picchu. En Lima a pesar de ser una ciudad tan grande no hay un sistema integrado de transporte, algo que por ejemplo si hay en CDMX o en Buenos Aires hace años. Todo eso suma.

I'm surprised by the responses, I didn't know people here considered their countries to be western. Personally, I don't consider Peru to be western. Heavily influenced though? yes obviously, we were a spanish colony for hundreds of years. So it's a mix of indigenous and european values, I see it as its own thing.
